Air Fryer chicken and potatoes are great for busy weeknights as they require minimal prep and clean-up time. Ingredients
300 Chicken Breast
2 and half Meduim size Potatoes
1/2 Medium Size Bell peppers
1 tablespoon Paprika Power ( You can use smoked paprika)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Olive oil for the chicken
1 teaspoon olive oil for the potatoes
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon parsley leaves
Black pepper and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Start by putting the chicken in a big mixing bowl and pour the oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika powder, fresh rosemary leaves, lemon pepper, on the chicken and coat well. Then you cover it and set aside.
2. Cut the potatos in cubes and add the potatos in a large bowl and add oil, salt, black pepper, fresh parsley and fresh bell peppers.
3. Put a parchment paper in the air fryer and add the potatos into the basket( not the bell pepper) Air fry at 380F or 190C for 25 minutes and stir after 5 minutes.
4. Add the chicken and after 15 minutes of the cooking time stir the chicken and the potatos, then finally add the bell pepper.
5. After 20 minutes of the cooking time stir the chicken, potatos and the bell pepper toghether and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Take the food out of the air fryer and onto a plate. Optional: keep the sauce that drains unto the parchment paper (its tastes good)
