This Ciabatta bread baked in the air fryer will be the best bread you have ever baked if you are a lover of homemade bread from scratch.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour (250g)

  • 1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

  • 1 Cup Water 200ml ( Luke warm Temp)

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the dough:
     

    a) In a bowl or container, add a cup of water and yeast and let it stand for a minute.
    b) Add flour, Salt, olive oil, and plenty of water to the bowl.
    c) Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to mix everything, forming a consistent dough ball in the bowl.
     
    First rest:
     
    a) Cover the bowl with a wrap and set aside for 1 hour.
    b) Uncover after an hour, and you will notice that the
    dough has increased in size.
     
    Stretch and Folds:
     
    a) Get a bowl of water; Wet your hands.
    b) Perform the first of the four “stretch and fold”: stretch the dough as much as possible from one side and fold it towards the centre.
    c) Cover the dough again and wait 30 minutes.

    d) Repeat the process of stretching and folding three
    times in total, waiting for 30 minutes between each.
     
    Divide and rest:
     
    a) After the third section, place the dough on the floor and divide it in half.
    b) Place the divided dough on the air fryer on the
    parchment paper, with an additional piece of scroll
    paper between them.

    c) Let it rest for another 30 minutes, covering the air
    frying basket with a sticky wrap.
     
    Air Frying:
     
    a) Air fry at 400 ° F or 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
    b) Turn or flip the bread and air fry at the same temperature for 15 additional minutes to brown the lower part.
