1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 whole eggs
3 fresh apples
5 tablespoons sugar (please adjust sugar as per your taste)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- Combine well one cup of all-purpose flour, some of salt, and baking powder in a spacious bowl. Mix these dry ingredients with your hand better, and set them aside.
- Take three fresh apples, peel them, slice them into small pieces, and shape them as pretty as you want (bye-bye, apple cores). Put these apple slices in a bowl – they’re going to be the stars of the show
- Crack two fresh eggs in a separate bowl. Add sugar to it, and mix it up. Pour in 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ cup of whole-fat milk. Give it all a good stir until it’s like a magical potion.
