Ingredients:
6 Fresh Eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
200g Fresh Spinach Leaves
1/2 medium size each red, yellow and green bell peppers
Black pepper ( adjust quantity base on your taste)
Salt ( adjust quantity base on your taste)
Note: You can also use parchment paper or baking paper to line the air fryer basket
Make a tasty and fast breakfast with an air fryer omelette.
1. Crack six eggs in a bowl and whisk them together with some salt and pepper.
2. Add some diced bell peppers vegetables and ham to the egg mixture.
3. Line the air fryer basket with parchment or baking paper.
4. Place the sandwish breads in single layers side by side
5. Stir once more the vegetables and ham then pour the egg mixture unto the bread in the air fryer.
6. Set the air fryer to 380F or 190C for 18mins or until the omelette is cooked through.
7. Once done, remove the parchment paper with the omelette from the air fryer and carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
8. Garnish with some chopped herbs or shredded cheese, if desired.
