The air fryer cooks the salmon to perfection, preserving its natural flavors and ensuring a crispy skin. Ingredients
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon parsley leaves
Black pepper and salt to taste
250g each Fresh Salmon
Baby Russet Potatoes
1 teaspoon Paprika Power ( You can use smoked paprika)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 and half tablespoons olive or vegetable oil plus extra oil for the broccoli and potatotes
DIRECTIONS
1. Put the salmons in a large bowl and pat them dry.
2. In a different small bowl add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, lemon juice and oil. Mix it together and coat in on both sides of the salmons.
3. Put the marinated fish aside and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
4.Wash and cut the potatoes in half, pour oil, salt, pepper and fresh parsley leaves. Then set aside.
5. Put fresh broccoli florets in a bowl and add salt and oil.
6. Air fry the potatoes at 380F or 190C for 20 minutes, after 8 minutes add the fish and the broccoli. Stir again when its 2 minutes remaining of the air fry time.
7. After 20 minutes in total, take the food out and onto a plate.
