minutesThis Air fryer chicken wings recipe features crispy all-flats wings with a secret ingredient - baking powder! Ingredients
All Flats Chicken Wings 500g 16 pieces
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon baking powder
Salt to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat your Air fryer to 400°F or 200°C for 20 minutes2. In a large mixing bowl add the chicken and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.3. In a diffrent mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, all purpose chicken seasonnig and black pepper or cayenne, pepper. Then mix4. Add the seasonning to the bowl and toss until they are coated well.5. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.6. Cook the wings for 20 minutes, but halfway through the time, you should shake and flip the wings.7. Once the wings are done cooking, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.TIPS: Serve with your favorite sauce!Using baking powder in this recipe helps to give the wings a crispy skin without using any oil or flour.
